Barrett & Stokely Inc. is seeking a Leasing Professional to support the Property Manager in delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining accurate records.

The role involves rent collection, lease administration, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Founded in 1975, Barrett & Stokely manages a large multifamily portfolio in the Midwest and values teamwork, integrity, and growth through learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years related experience in multi-family management, leasing, sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws, and use of property management software.

Responsabilités

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to ensure high level of service to residents.
• Collect and post rent, process late payments, issue late notices, and initiate eviction when needed.
• Assist with financial and operational reporting.
• Generate renewal offers and track returned offers; draft leases after returned.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for move-in readiness.
• Input daily resident information from walk-ins, move-ins, move-outs, and apartment conditions.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing.
