You will manage budgets, respond to resident issues, and ensure compliance with housing laws while leading a team to deliver exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in multifamily management, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to Fair Housing compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years in multifamily management leadership or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the resident lifecycle and address concerns.
• Manage budget, leasing, and marketing for the property.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach staff; enforce disciplinary plans when needed.
• Ensure top-tier service to residents and compliance with laws.
