Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family management leadership or equivalent.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Financial management skills to analyze statements and budgets.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; background check required.
• Driver's license preferred and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations for the property and lifecycle management.
• Manage budgeting, leasing, and marketing for the property.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach property staff; enforce disciplinary plans as needed.
• Ensure high-quality service to residents and timely resolution of concerns.
