Job summary

• Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications and documents via phone/computer workflows.
• Deliver loan disclosure packages and rate disclosures to borrowers.
• Maintain loan file quality by highlighting deficiencies and notifying the loan officer/processor.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other loan products.
• Coordinate with title company and borrower to schedule closings.
