Job summary

Metals USA seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Wooster, OH location. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a loyal customer base, identifying needs, and building strong relationships in the flat-rolled metals market.

You will work to generate new business while managing existing accounts across the Pennsylvania territory, coordinating with Operations, Purchasing, and Inside Sales to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in flat-rolled metals' sales.
• Experience selling value-added metal products, processing capabilities, and supply chain solutions to industrial and manufacturing customers.
• Proficient aptitude in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales management systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling to drive revenue growth.
• Manage assigned territory through strategic sales planning, regular customer visits, and consistent prospect engagement.
• Maintain and advance a healthy sales pipeline by tracking opportunities and executing growth strategies.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals and value-added solutions to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by promoting Metals USA's products, services, and capabilities.
