Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Wilmington, OH team. This entry-level office role focuses on maintaining smooth daily clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient service.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to optimize clinic procedures, supports the mission of Upstream Rehabilitation, and handles tasks from referral processing to patient intake.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect money due at time of service; Convert referrals into evaluations; Schedule patient visits; Provide customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and improve arrival rate through excellent customer experience.
• Practice management: manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload and insurance reporting, inventory.
