Pincho is hiring a Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen in Florida. You will prepare high-quality menu items, set up and maintain a clean workstation, and ensure every plate meets our presentation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will be at least 18, possess a valid Food Handler’s Card or be able to obtain one, and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up workstation with proper tools, equipment, and ingredients.
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing.
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, etc.).
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food to Pincho standards.
• Store food in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas and utensils.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and ensure guest experiences.
