Pincho in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a cook to bring our menu to life by preparing high-quality dishes that meet our standards. You will set up your workstation, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and sanitation on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods and food safety practices.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up workstation with proper tools, equipment and ingredients.
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling and mixing.
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, etc.).
• Arrange, garnish and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards.
• Store food properly in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock, clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting guest experiences.
• Follow all Pincho safety, food handling and sanitation policies.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.
