Pincho in Florida is seeking cooks for either part-time or full-time positions, offering $15-$20 per hour. You will prepare high-quality dishes, set up your station, and follow Pincho recipes to ensure consistency across every plate, every shift.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up your workstation with the proper tools, equipment, and ingredients.
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing.
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, etc.).
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards.
• Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.
