Pincho in Miami is seeking cooks for part-time or full-time roles to prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will set up your station, follow standardized recipes, and maintain safety and sanitation standards to ensure top-notch plates every shift.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a can-do attitude. Training and certifications are encouraged, and a supportive environment helps develop culinary and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
• Able to follow recipes and kitchen guidelines with accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines
• Set up workstation with proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers)
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards
• Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting guest experiences
• Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies
• Support additional duties as assigned by management
