You will drive labor planning, inventory control, and quality metrics while partnering with ownership to align on strategic goals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or coffee shop environments.
• Strong knowledge of coffee service operations and guest experience standards.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and inventory.

Responsibilities
