Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably supervisory or management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
• Experience in inventory management and operational procedures within retail.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, including scheduling and customer service.
• Implement sales strategies to meet targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to build a skilled team.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, organization, and policy adherence.
• Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives with the Store Manager.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
