Job summary

Costellos Ace is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales. You will lead by example and foster a positive work environment, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Training and development of staff are key components of the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in retail with supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in partnership with Store Manager, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Help meet sales targets by executing sales strategies and tracking performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain a skilled team.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate on promotions and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
