Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Help meet sales targets by implementing strategies and monitoring metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and organization.
• Plan and execute promotions and marketing initiatives with the manager.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishments.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and teamwork.
• Act as point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
