My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our fast-paced team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching staff and driving sales of AT&T devices and services, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, training team members, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or service environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to meet customer experience goals.
• Help manage location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Develop team members through training and performance feedback.
• Drive sales by engaging customers with AT&T products and services.
