Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
• LIHTC experience and certification preferred.
• Compliance with HUD guidelines and tenant income certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability in marketing and leasing strategies.
• Familiarity with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other housing regulations.
• Manage rent collection, financial reporting, and delinquency resolution.
• Coordinate tenant placement, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Maintain and monitor property condition and curb appeal.
• Communicate regularly with property owners and stakeholders.
• Provide customer service to residents and address concerns promptly.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor monthly financial performance.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, bookkeeping, and admin teams to hit portfolio goals.
