Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
• LIHTC experience and certification (Tax Credit Specialist or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance, tenant income certification, and HUD guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability in marketing and leasing strategies.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Appfolio, Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LIHTC compliance and other housing regulations.
• Manage rent collection, financial reporting, and delinquency resolution.
• Coordinate tenant placement, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Maintain property condition and curb appeal.
• Communicate with property owners and stakeholders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor monthly financial performance.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, bookkeeping, and administrative teams to meet portfolio goals.
