Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field and 10+ years’ experience in marketing.
• 5+ years in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Demonstrated success developing acquisition, lifecycle, cross-sell, and retention marketing programs.
• Expertise in retail deposit products, customer lifecycle management, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies from the ground up to attract new customers and grow retail deposits.
• Lead a team focused on acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, and retail promotions.
• Partner with consumer banking, analytics, digital, and business leaders to align priorities and improve performance.
• Translate customer data into insights and recommendations for senior/executive leaders.
