Evlo AI is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day paid and organic programs across search, social, and lifecycle channels, translating growth targets into weekly campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of demand generation and brand, managing budgets in Google Ads and Meta, and optimizing funnels in GA4.

You will collaborate with content and design to produce data-driven creative that converts, with a focus on measurable outcomes and scalable growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C tech.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, GA4, and at least one marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Braze).
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Experience building landing pages and running structured A/B tests (Webflow, Unbounce, or Optimizely).
• Strong analytics skills: pivot tables and attribution modeling.
• Excellent project management across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: HubSpot or Google Ads certifications; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; SQL or Looker skills; portfolio with results.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Own SEO initiatives: audits, on-page optimization, and track rankings and organic traffic in Ahrefs and GA4.
• Develop email and nurture workflows in HubSpot or Marketo.
• Build landing pages and A/B tests using Webflow or Unbounce.
• Create and maintain dashboards that tie spend to MQLs, CAC, and pipeline.
• Coordinate with designers and content writers to produce campaign assets on schedule.
• Monitor trends in platform algorithms and benchmarks to adjust channels and budgets.
