Evlo AI in Seattle is seeking a hands-on digital demand gen specialist to own day-to-day demand generation across paid, SEO, email, and social. This role is highly actionable—launch campaigns, tune funnels, and turn performance data into decisions that move pipeline and signups.

You'll report to the demand-generation team and collaborate with content, product marketing, and design. Paid and organic channels are a core growth lever, directly impacting CAC, funnel conversion, and revenue.

Formación

• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4; certification preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and SEO basics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build funnel models and run multivariate tests.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, managing budgets of $50K+/month
• Own SEO and SEM strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO fixes, and landing page testing
• Develop and ship A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and email flows to improve conversion rates
• Run lifecycle email campaigns in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, automation workflows, and drip sequences
• Manage organic social and paid social programs, including content calendar planning and community engagement
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in GA4 and Looker, reporting weekly on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ship integrated campaign assets on schedule
