Job summary

Evlo AI in Miami is seeking an experienced Demand Generation & Brand Marketer to own multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. You will coordinate across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and lifecycle programs in a fast-growing tech environment.

Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will partner with sales, product, content, and design to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns and report on performance with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C technology with demonstrable pipeline or revenue impact.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM tooling (Salesforce).
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong analytical skills: GA4, data modeling, and dashboards.
• Excellent writing and project management skills, able to run multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) or AI-assisted content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, and organic channels.
• Own SEO/SEM strategy: manage keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and paid search budgets in Google Ads and similar platforms.
• Run lifecycle and nurture programs in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing.
• Own campaign analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and BI tools, and iterate on CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with content and design to produce landing pages, assets, and campaigns that convert.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, campaign budgets, and quarterly planning.
• Report campaign performance and insights to leadership on a regular cadence.
