Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience across paid media, SEO, and email in a tech environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, GA4, and at least one major marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Marketo).
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO and keyword strategy.
• Comfortable with SQL or spreadsheet-based analysis to slice campaign data and justify budgets.

Aufgaben

• Build and launch paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, including audience targeting and creative rotation.
• Own SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content briefs.
• Operate lifecycle email programs in HubSpot or Marketo with segmentation and A/B testing.
• Track and report campaign performance in GA4 and Looker Studio with weekly dashboards.
• Optimize landing pages in Webflow or WordPress, running experiments on copy and layout.
• Manage social media calendars and organic content across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
• Maintain clean campaign tracking (UTMs, pixel events, CRM sync) for end-to-end attribution.
