Perk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search in North America, driving high-quality B2B leads for Sales. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, optimize bids and budgets, and collaborate with SEO on AI-driven strategies.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing and SDR teams, analyze performance data, and test copy and pages to improve ROI while staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends.

Competenze

• 4+ years in paid search management.
• Proficient with Google Ads including Performance Max & Remarketing.
• Experience with B2B lead gen at scale.
• Strong knowledge of SQR analysis and bidding strategies.

Mansioni

• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America.
• Conduct keyword expansion, negative keyword management, and bid strategies.
• Lead A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages; analyze results.
