Meritrust Credit Union is seeking a Sr Growth Strategies Analyst to drive data-driven growth, attract new members, and deepen engagement. You will lead audience segmentation, measure CAC and ROI, and oversee multi-channel campaigns. Expect collaboration across Marketing and Product teams to optimize the member lifecycle.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, marketing automation (Marketo), and SQL/Python data workflows to inform strategy and deposit growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, data administration or related field.
• 5+ years of credit union or relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years in a data analysis role using Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with data warehouses or cloud platforms and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment.

• Develop and oversee lead generation tactics across content, social, and paid media.
