Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 5+ years in marketing, communications or related role preferred.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow membership, deposits and products.
• Lead branding, advertising, and member communications planning.
• Oversee digital marketing: social, email, websites and campaigns.
• Create engaging content across digital and print channels.
• Track performance with analytics to improve campaigns.
• Build community relationships and coordinate events.
