Job summary

CNT Foundations, LLC. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Charleston, SC to build and optimize our demand-generation engine for residential and commercial divisions. You’ll own the path from marketing spend to set appointments, report weekly results, and work hands-on in ads, CMS, and analytics.

You will create compelling campaign content, manage budgets, and drive organic growth across markets while collaborating with sales and vendors to hit performance targets.

Qualifications

• >4+ years in marketing, demand generation or growth roles.
• >Proven lead generation ability for local/regional services.
• >Experience managing outside PPC and SEO vendors and holding them to performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand-gen campaigns (Google, LSA, Meta, affiliates, print).
• Own CNT's organic presence — optimize the website and Google Business Profiles across all markets.
• Create campaign content — ads, landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and spec sheets.
• Manage the media budget and build the tracking, dashboards, attribution, and reporting behind it.
• Set the direction and content calendar for CNT's social channels; coordination with marketing coordinator for day-to-day posting.
• Partner with sales to support commercial efforts and high-priority initiatives.
• Design and develop sales support collateral.
• Represent CNT at home shows, trade events, and community functions as needed.
