Responsibilities

• Track and analyze marketing KPIs, lead performance, cost per lead, conversion trends, budgets, and ROI.
• Assist with annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor performance against goals and identify gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and help execute marketing strategies that support company growth and lead generation.
• Work with leadership to create strategies for new markets, services, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
• Manage projects and ensure teams, agencies, and vendors meet expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership to understand marketing impact.
