CCS Fundraising seeks a Senior Vice President, Growth Marketing & Demand Generation to lead the Growth Marketing platform, partnering with the Chief Growth Officer, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth.

This hybrid, full-time role emphasizes building a scalable demand-gen engine, aligning marketing with sales, BI, and strategy, and expanding CCS’s technology solutions business across nonprofit sectors.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive marketing, growth, demand generation, or go-to-market leadership experience.
• Proven success building integrated demand-gen programs and ABM.
• Ability to partner with sales, BD, and regional leaders to drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize a demand-generation engine aligned with regional Strategy & Operations.
• Partner with CGO, regional leaders, and BI to align targets and lead management processes.
• Define go-to-market for CCS's technology solutions and lead pipeline growth.
• Refine CCS's go-to-market strategy across sectors, personas, and geographies.
• Lead and scale a high-performing Growth Marketing organization.
