Job summary

Orvera is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable, data-driven growth across the full customer lifecycle for our B2B SaaS platform. You will own demand generation performance, experimentation strategy, and pipeline contribution, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

The role requires 6–9+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience, with strong analytics, and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of growth marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline and revenue contribution targets across inbound and outbound growth programs.
• Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to ICPs and buying stages.
• Design and run structured growth experiments across channels including paid media and lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop lifecycle programs for lead nurturing, product adoption, expansion, and retention.
