Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website, search program, and qualifications library. You will create content, manage campaigns, and coordinate with engineers on technical articles and project stories.

You will also build proposal templates, maintain branding, and report on market campaigns. A strong background in B2B marketing within AEC or industrial services is essential, with hands-on SEO, CRM, and copywriting experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.

Responsibilities

Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
Build and maintain qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates for pursuits.
Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, direct outreach) for new markets and report results monthly.
Maintain brand messaging across every public channel.
