Job summary

RentSpree in Seattle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a meaningful portion of our product, from discovery to shipped outcomes. You will set direction, prototype ideas, and drive a cross-functional squad to measurable results.

You'll balance product taste with customer intuition, using data and user insights to guide decision-making and ensure alignment across Engineering, Design, and Data teams. This role offers equity and a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with ownership of outcomes.
• Decisiveness under ambiguity; synthesize, decide, and move quickly.
• Balanced judgment across signal: weigh qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Strong communication and product taste with ability to tell the story of bets.
• Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes on your product surface and translate direction into a roadmap.
• Talk to customers directly and turn feedback into testable hypotheses.
• Prototype working demos to showcase ideas and pressure-test them.
• Drive Engineering, Design, Data and cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Define success metrics, track them, and surface progress and risk early.
