Job summary

Juicebox is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our search acquisition engine across Google, Bing, OpenAI Ads, and other AI-native search channels. You'll lead budget management for multi-million-dollar campaigns and shape our search strategy from the ground up, driving efficient customer acquisition and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on Google Ads management with seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Experience in high-consideration B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and autonomous, proactive work style.
• Familiarity with Bing Ads or OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Google Ads, Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and other search advertising platforms.
• Own relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
• Develop and execute experiments across keyword targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to inform budget and channel decisions.
• Build reporting and identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, and pipeline.
• Use AI tools to automate data collection, reporting, and other repetitive workflows while independently validating results.
• Partner with Sales and Revops to build and scale ABM campaigns targeting key accounts.
• Support broader marketing initiatives through ad hoc analysis and projects.
