You’ll manage a significant budget, partner with Sales and RevOps on ABM, and drive CAC and pipeline improvements through rigorous testing and data-driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in growth or performance marketing.
• Hands-on Google Ads management with seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similar.
• Strong analytical judgment and data-driven mindset.
• Autonomous and proactive in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale search acquisition across Google, Bing, OpenAI Ads, and other AI-native channels.
• Develop and execute strategies across multiple search platforms to drive efficient customer acquisition.
• Manage budgets, optimize CAC, conversions, and pipeline through experiments.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to build ABM campaigns for key accounts.
• Build reporting, analyze campaigns, and inform budget decisions.
• Use AI tools to automate data collection and reporting while validating results.
