Job summary

CLEAResult in Georgia is seeking a senior B2B marketing professional to own GTM and ABM programs for select utility accounts. You will develop positioning, messaging, and campaigns to support growth objectives and collaborate with Sales, BD, and product teams.

You will design account-specific content, enable sales with trainings, and manage thought leadership initiatives while shaping how ABM/ABS works at CLEAResult.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience.
• Experience building positioning and messaging for technical or service-based offerings.
• ABM/ABS program experience strongly preferred, including account selection, campaign build, and engagement tracking.
• Experience marketing into long, complex, committee-driven buying cycles.
• Strong writing ability; role writes positioning, not just briefs it.
• Comfort working with sales-facing stakeholders on account strategy.
• Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned service lines.
• Design and run ABM/ABS programs for target utility accounts; identify priority accounts and track engagement and pipeline impact.
• Build sales-enablement materials and training for the sales and programs teams.
• Partner with Market Intelligence on competitive landscape data and incorporate findings into messaging.
• Lead thought-leadership programs (webinars, expert video, blogs) tied to target-account priorities.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager, Lead Designer, and Content Marketing Manager to support ABM/ABS campaigns.
