Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own GTM execution and ABM/ABS programs for select utility accounts. You will build positioning, messaging, and campaigns for service lines under direction from the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, and promote CLEAResult's solutions to drive BD goals.

This role offers hands-on work with a defined backlog and room to shape GTM/ABM practices from week one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience building positioning and messaging for technical or service-based offerings.
• ABM/ABS program experience strongly preferred, including account selection, account-specific campaign build, and engagement tracking.
• Experience marketing into long, complex, committee-driven buying cycles.
• Experience working account research and intent data into account strategy.
• Strong writing ability. This role writes positioning, it does not only brief it.
• Comfort working directly with sales-facing stakeholders on account strategy.
• Utility or energy‑industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned service lines.
• Design and run ABM/ABS programs for target utility accounts: identify priority accounts jointly with Sales, build account-specific content and campaigns, and track engagement and pipeline impact.
• Build sales-enablement materials and training for the sales and programs teams.
• Partner with Market Intelligence on competitive landscape data and incorporate their findings into messaging.
• Lead thought‑leadership programs (webinars, expert video, blogs) tied to target‑account priorities.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on paid digital execution, the Lead Designer on creative needs, and the Content Marketing Manager on written content, to support ABM/ABS campaigns.
