In this role, you will design account-based programs, develop content for sales enablement, partner with Market Intelligence and Digital Marketing, and lead thought leadership to accelerate pipeline in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience.
• Experience building positioning and messaging for technical offerings.
• ABM/ABS program experience including account selection and content creation.
• Experience marketing into long, complex committee-driven buying cycles.
• Comfort working directly with sales-facing stakeholders on account strategy.
• Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned service lines.
• Design and run ABM/ABS programs for target utility accounts: identify priority accounts, build content, track engagement and pipeline impact.
• Build sales-enablement materials and training for sales and programs teams.
• Partner with Market Intelligence on competitive landscape data and incorporate findings into messaging.
• Lead thought-leadership programs tied to target-account priorities (webinars, blogs, videos).
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager, Lead Designer, and Content Marketing Manager to support ABM/ABS campaigns.
