Job summary

BELAY is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – Financial Solutions to lead marketing strategy for the Financial Solutions service line, driving pipeline, revenue growth, and efficiency. You will be the marketing SME for ICPs, customer needs, and market dynamics to inform positioning and campaigns.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Creative, and other teams to translate insights into measurable growth initiatives, lead a team, and own campaigns from awareness to qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or lead generation.
• 1+ years of people leadership or direct team management experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies tied to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, or other measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Creative, or similar business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members with clear priorities and accountability.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on feedback and development.
• Manage internal resources, contractors, and vendors to execute marketing priorities.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing to set annual, quarterly, and monthly priorities.
• Foster collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other partners.
• Own Marketing's contribution to Financial Solutions pipeline and revenue growth.
• Develop growth forecasts, lead projections, and performance targets with Finance and Revenue Operations.
• Monitor marketing investment against pipeline and ROI, adjusting spend as needed.
• Present performance insights and growth recommendations to senior leadership.
• Inform ICP, customer needs, market dynamics, and value proposition for strategy and messaging.
