BELAY Corporate seeks a VP of Growth for Financial Solutions to lead outbound revenue and partnerships, driving SMB growth and coalescing strategy with marketing. You will own the pipeline, develop playbooks, and coach the team to exceed targets while engaging key strategic partners and customers.

You will report to the CMO and collaborate with senior leaders to align growth with capacity, customer experience, and margin goals in a remote-first, travel-optional setting.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in sales, revenue, growth, or business development within accounting services, outsourced finance, or professional services.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct ownership of revenue outcomes.
• Proven experience scaling outbound sales organizations and senior sales leaders.
• Demonstrated success building outbound, enterprise, or partnership-led growth motions—not solely optimizing inbound demand.

Responsabilidades

• Own outbound and business development pipeline and monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage daily seller activity, follow-up, and accountability; review funnel and pipeline performance weekly.
• Coach and develop sellers through ride-alongs, deal reviews, and training (virtual or on-site).
• Recruit and develop top talent, and make timely talent decisions to keep the team performing.
• Carry a personal book of strategic deals and join prospect calls to support deal strategy, objection handling and closing.
