BELAY Corporate is seeking a VP of Growth for Financial Solutions to own and scale new-business revenue for SMBs, offering bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, controller, tax, payroll, and fractional CFO support.

The role blends executive leadership with hands-on sales, shaping strategy, playbooks, partner programs, and metrics that enable scalable growth. You'll lead outbound and BD, manage pipeline and revenue results, and partner with key stakeholders.

Formación

• 10+ years in sales or business development within accounting services or professional services.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with revenue ownership.
• Proven experience scaling outbound sales organizations.
• Experience selling to CEOs, CFOs, business owners and senior finance leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own outbound and business development pipeline and monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage daily seller activity, follow-up, and accountability; review funnel and pipeline performance weekly.
• Coach and develop sellers through ride-alongs, deal reviews, and training (virtual or on-site).
• Recruit and develop top talent, and make timely talent decisions to keep the team performing.
• Carry a personal book of strategic deals and join prospect calls to support deal strategy and closing.
• Partner with the SVP of Revenue on shared pipeline and education across inbound and outbound.
• Lead the sales team day-to-day using BELAY’s tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).
• Run weekly pipeline and funnel reviews; keep forecast accurate and on track.
