Job summary

Aliaswire is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to define and drive integrated programs that generate qualified leads and grow pipeline. You will partner with the VP of Marketing, SDRs, sales, content creators, and agency partners to bring campaigns to life.

You will own and optimize programs across email, digital, social, events and partner marketing, using HubSpot and analytics to measure ROI and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong working knowledge of AI-driven marketing and workflow automation.
• Expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Claude.
• Strong analytical skills with campaign analytics and reporting.
• Experience with paid media channels including LinkedIn.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound and outbound marketing programs across email, digital, social, paid media, events and partner marketing to drive leads and pipeline.
• Build and optimize email workflows and campaigns in HubSpot with accurate data management.
• Own campaign performance end-to-end from strategy to reporting with revenue impact focus.
• Collaborate with a digital agency to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and funnel metrics.
• Stay current on industry/product capabilities and target audience; adapt to market changes.
• Collaborate across sales, product and client services to align GTM initiatives.
• Utilize GTM tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Claude, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Canva.
