Job summary

Xpansiv is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to build and optimize our demand programs that drive qualified pipeline across the business. You will own inbound demand, performance marketing, campaign execution, and funnel optimization, partnering with Sales and BU leaders to align investments with priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience managing integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead progression, attribution, and marketing analytics.
• Experience partnering with sales organizations.
• Project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement preferred).
• Comfortable using AI as a core productivity tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation activations aligned to growth objectives.
• Own inbound demand generation strategy and execution across paid, organic, partner, event, and lifecycle channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Build scalable acquisition and nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel.
• Own paid media channels in-house and manage external agencies as volume scales.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks linking programs to pipeline and revenue.
