The role requires building scalable demand programs, aligning with Sales, and expanding presence through digital campaigns, field marketing, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with strong demand generation ownership.
• Experience in IT B2B environments, SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of building pipeline and revenue through marketing.
• Experience running global or regional marketing programs.
• Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and field marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the global demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
• Work with the central digital team to build multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, ABM, webinars, content syndication, and SEO.
• Establish and manage lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle programs with Sales.
• Drive MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM integration for data accuracy and performance tracking.
• Set KPIs for lead volume, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact.
