Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital, social media, performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record growing social audiences and engagement.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of social algorithms and online communities.
• Experience with UGC, influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to execute independently.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy, content publishing and growth across platforms.
• Create and manage content strategy, UGC campaigns and creator partnerships.
• Build and engage communities across Reddit, Hacker News, Discord and related forums.
• Own paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other platforms, including budgets and targeting.
• Execute digital campaigns for product launches, audience growth and user acquisition.
• Track and optimise engagement, acquisition costs and campaign ROI.
