Jobgether is seeking a Growth Marketing leader to own strategy, execution, and performance across paid, organic, influencer, and partner channels. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, SEO initiatives, and AI-enabled workflows while mentoring a diverse marketing team.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and CS to improve lead quality, retention, and revenue. The role requires strong analytics, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing roles.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Proven track record in paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing for organic growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy across channels.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and revenue.
• Optimize CAC, LTV/CAC, and channel efficiency through testing and analytics.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and ICP content.
• Strengthen brand messaging and authority via digital PR and partnerships.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing workflows for efficiency and scale.
• Lead a diverse marketing team with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and CS to align priorities and improve lead quality.
• Establish full-funnel dashboards for attribution and performance insights.
• Identify bottlenecks in funnel and implement improvements for conversion.
