The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with AI tools to speed testing and campaign management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Proven performance in Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Strong ability to turn data into actionable marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid social acquisition across Meta and TikTok.
• Manage full-funnel performance and optimize CAC vs revenue.
• Allocate budgets across channels and products with a clear process.
• Design and run rigorous experiments on audiences, creatives, and bidding.
• Lead creative strategy and testing with the Creative team.
