Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in B2B growth and marketing at a high-growth company.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns and partner marketing.
• Strong writing with clear, human, on-voice copy across channels.
• Fluency with HubSpot workflows, lists, lifecycle stages and reporting.
• Familiar with AI tools and fast, accurate execution.

Responsibilities

• Run marketing for the partner channel, including events and joint campaigns.
• Own onboarding for new partners and activate marketing benefits.
• Build email programs and nurture sequences to move leads to meetings.
• Write compelling subject lines, nurture copy, landing pages and event promos.
• Use AI to research, draft, and analyze campaigns while ensuring accuracy.
• Track key metrics in HubSpot and collaborate across teams.
