REDSHIFT is seeking a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to drive internal agency growth and lead our premier Humanitarian & Nonprofit client. You will elevate brand visibility, establish trust, and design scalable marketing frameworks to shape a future REDSHIFT Creative Marketing Department.

This role blends AI-driven content, automation, and omnichannel campaigns to accelerate output, improve quality, and boost donor acquisition and online revenue across client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in media buying and paid ads.
• Deep understanding of CRO, landing pages, and analytics.
• AI literacy with prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Automation experience with multi-channel platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Experience in building cross-channel content calendars and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Elevate brand visibility and industry leadership for REDSHIFT and client portfolio.
• Lead client strategy and execution for high-impact nonprofits & businesses.
• Oversee omni-channel paid campaigns, optimize conversions, and maximize online revenue/donations.
• Audit and align client touchpoints for cohesive messaging and core goals.
• Design and manage a year-round marketing calendar aligned with seasonal peaks.
• Drive AI-driven content speed, quality, and workflow automation.
