Responsibilities

• Achieve pipeline goals with digital channel strategies.
• Own paid advertising end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Launch new channels from scratch and scale proven ones.
• Run rigorous A/B tests with clear hypotheses and significance.
• Define metrics, instrument tracking, and monitor funnel KPIs.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design.
• Maintain dashboards and report performance to leadership.
