Hadrian is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own campaigns across social, search, email, web, and out-of-home. This scrappy, high-output role requires writing ads, building landing pages, launching tests, and iterating based on numbers to drive candidates and conversations.

The primary audience is technical—engineers and machinists—so traditional playbooks don’t fit. You’ll be directly responsible for the success of multi-channel campaigns and the measurement framework that proves impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth, performance, or digital marketing with hands-on ownership.
• Builder who writes copy, builds pages, sets up tracking, and launches campaigns.
• Fluent in funnel math and able to distinguish signal from noise in tests.
• Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid campaigns end-to-end across social, search, and programmatic: strategy, targeting, creative briefs, build, launch, optimization, reporting.
• Write and ship a high volume of ad variants, landing pages, and email sequences.
• Run a continuous testing cadence on audiences, creatives, offers, and pages.
• Own the campaign side of the website: landing pages, conversion paths, and application funnel.
• Own out-of-home buying end to end with vendor negotiation and production timelines.
