Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a hands-on Senior Sourcer to design and execute sourcing strategies across engineering, manufacturing, and G&A. You will build and manage talent pipelines, surface hard-to-find candidates, and ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.

In a startup-like environment, you will drive automation, data-driven prospecting, and outreach strategies to accelerate growth while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Skilled at managing large volumes of concurrent pipelines with a sharp understanding of pipeline health, prioritization, and trade-offs between competing requisitions.
• Proven success partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to refine role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
• Self-directed and resourceful, capable of driving initiatives forward with limited oversight.
• 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, improve hiring outcomes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to uncover candidate motivations and ensure long-term fit.
• Working knowledge of technical skill sets relevant to engineering and adjacent functions.
• Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven approaches to streamline recruiting processes.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry roles.
• Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver on high-priority hiring needs across multiple functions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that fuel Hadrian’s growth and build world-class candidate experiences at every stage.
• Surface hard-to-find candidates and manage talent pipelines with data-driven outreach.
• Leverage automation and modern sourcing techniques to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to anticipate team needs and optimize interview-to-offer conversion rates.
• Develop talent maps and market insights to inform workforce planning.
